How to Join?

We are always looking for people over the age of 18 to become members, either in a support role or as operational rescue members. Being a member of the team  means that not only are you assisting your community through the our activities, but you will also be gaining a sense of well-being by engaging in team training and learning a host of new skills with other like minded people.

To be become a support member all you need is to contribute as much free time as you can.  If you wish to become an operational rescue member then you will need at least some if not all of the following attributes:

  • a good level of fitness
  • good teamwork and communication skills
  • be available to attend an intensive and demanding (but enjoyable!) training program.

For more information or to receive an application form please get in touch with us through our contact page. Or feel free to come and join us at one of the weekly Monday night training sessions at HQ in Sarn, Bridgend. You can have a tour of our base, meet team members and have the opportunity to ask any questions.
